Graceway is a registered charity, established in 2022 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Reg No. 1198296. Currently we are piloting our first project, which is a ‘one stop shop’ called the Hope Haven Hub (H3). We will be delivering frontline services with key partners from churches, charities and other stakeholders through operational bases in Medway.  

Our holistic faith-based approach emerged out of growing social needs. We design and implement bold, but careful solutions to social needs, always prioritising Godly values alongside agile and innovative ways to sustain positive outcomes.
