Graceway’s Pilot Project in the Medway Towns is Hope Haven Hub (H3), a Christian social action ‘one-stop-shop’.
We collaborate with cross-sector partners including churches, charities, agencies, community groups and businesses for efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability for the good of the Medway Community. We find new ways of shaping social action and sharing resources to provide holistic quality of life, body, mind and spirit.
Graceway has undertaken extensive research to identify and target the most urgent priority needs. Future development includes a wide of a range of services, starting with our mental health project, Graceway Counselling.
Future plans include mental health and wellbeing courses, community groups, advocacy, guidance, support and signposting, practical provisions, social supermarket, , training and employment and more.
